In this class we will focus on the uses of the potter's wheel as a tool for creating works of art with clay. This course will cover the techniques of centering clay and forming cylindrical-based pottery, and is well suited for those who are new to the potter's wheel and those who have experience and are interested in honing their skills.

8 weeks (8 class sessions)
Ages: 13+
Minimum Students: 4 Maximum Students: 8
Students will have access to one 2-hour open studio session per week for extra practice time. Several Sessions from which to choose.
Basic pottery throwing tools are available for students to use in the studio. You may bring your own tools if you have them.
